GRAPHIC RECORDER | COSTA MESA, CA - Stephanie is active in her professional community serving on the Board of Directors for the IFVP, the International Forum of Visual Practitioners. She also is a speaker at the annual IFVP Conference sharing her knowledge, skill, and experience with colleagues. In her spare time, Stephanie is a committed marathon runner, having completed several marathons to raise funds for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

GRAPHIC RECORDER | MASSACHUSETTS - Sita is a traveling gypsy. She is currently living her dream: traveling, meeting amazing people, sitting in on worldchanging conversations at events like the World Economic Forum and for world leaders like Tony Blair and Harmid Karzai in such exhilarating places as Afghanistan, India, all over Europe, Egypt and Thailand. She has another dream: making it into the Guinness Book of World Records with the largest wad of gum. This dream is still unrealized. She also plays music in a 14-person experimental/improvisational folk/psyche band.

Her responsibilities are varied and include anything from general clerical work to charting the future direction of the company. She received her Master Virtual Assistance certification in 2003. As a team member of Alphachimp Studios, Rebecca handles all invoicing and receivables. Rebecca began her adventure as a Virtual Assistant in 2003 when she founded the company Virtual Business Solutions, LLC.

NASHVILLE - Along with my wife, Diane, I co-founded Alphachimp Studio Inc., an information graphics and facilitation firm, in 1998 in Chicago’s Pilsen neighborhood. We moved to Pittsburgh after 9/11 for five great years living in the Mexican War Streets, and now live on Nashville’s West End. I always imaged Diane and I would be like Ray and Charles Eames. But we are more like Barney and Betty Rubble. These days, Diane is busy with two little girls, and I am just the ghost in the machine--the company is really run by out fantastic virtual assistants, Launa and Becky. And, the talent lies with the other graphic recorders and facilitators who serve our clients around North America, Europe and Asia.

GRAPHIC RECORDER | PITTSBURGH - Prior to life as a graphic recorder, Leah was the creative director of a biotech company and managed a blues club for 11 years. She still maintains a strong affinity to the service and hospitality industry and is a part-time bartender with the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust. In her spare time she is Executive Producer for Social Innovation Conversations, part of the Conversations Network, an online platform for podcast distribution. When not working she pursues the sport of bargain hunting and relishes quiet time at home with her husband and two wacky dogs.

GRAPHIC FACILITATOR | BOSTON - An artist by training and practice, Ms. Bird received her BFA in painting and BA in Art History from Cornell University, where she graduated with distinction. She has traveled extensively in Italy, having lived for a year each in Rome and Palermo. Since 1995, Ms. Bird has also worked as a graphic scribe, production coordinator, and environment planner, contributing to the initial prototype and realization of what has become a global network of Accelerated Solutions Environments (ASE) for Capgemini.
